Staff was very nice, reached out in advance to coordinate check in. The room was clean and the view from the balcony was decent. Location is walkable but not the closest to major attractions, however that is good because it’s quiet at night! Grocery store right next door was great, good restaurant across the street.
The location is just a block or 2 away from the main area and we encountered drunks each time we entered/exited the building. We never felt unsafe, but they were a little bit of a nuisance.

The property was nice. The showers is nice but be careful. Very slippery.
I couldn’t control my own AC. Room stayed hot while foyer was cool.

Room was so small you couldn't swing a cat in it. It was a nice old apartment that was divided up into 4 rooms. My room No. 3 was really half a room though the toilet & shower room was larger. On the booking ad it showed a view but only view was back of apartment block.
