About this cottage rental
Tourist House registration VT-PO34 well served surrounded by three river beaches, with the Ponte Caldelas, Spain first river beach with blue flag and excellent places for sports such as hunting, fishing, hiking, horseback riding and biking, or the golf course with 18 holes to 20 minutes in the spa town of Mondariz. Enjoy the delicious food at restaurants in the area, plus all the necessary services, ideal for visits to landmarks, including the Castle of Soutomaior, the Cies Islands, Sanxenxo, Combarro, Pontevedra, Santiago de Compostela and beautiful place beaches. Located 20 minutes from highways to different directions and 45 minutes from Portugal. We have invitations for fishing and hunting preserves of the region. It will have our collaboration in everything you need for enjoying your stay with us. Pets are allowed. Optional cleaning service (8 euros an hour), optional service also home cooking. The house has all the amenities: fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, microwave, iron, LCD TV, towels, heating, terrace furniture and crib for children.

We had a wonderfull time in Casa Nicolau. It's a very quite house surrounded by mountains. The cottage is very cosy and extremely clean.
The hosts Carla y Magda are such Nice People and very helpfull. We would recomand this place to anyone and hope to return in the future, Galicia is a region that has a lot to offer. Kind regards, Freya and Rafael from Belgium

The farmhouse where we stayed is perfectly located to explore the Rías Bajas. The house has been tastefully refurbished to an excellent standard and the terrace and the pool looked out on stunning views of the countryside. Magda was a welcoming host who provided us with information about local restaurants and places of interest as well as gifts of food to help us through the festival of St James when every supermarket was closed. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

The house was very authentic including the horreos and had stunning views across to the mountains. The house had an amazing outdoor barbecue and eating area. There was a lot of attention to detail from the owners Carlos and Magda which was truly appreciated. There were flowers , a large water fountain, exceptionally well presented , clean and well equipped property. There were shower gels, and items for the kitchen such as oil, coffee tea etc. This made the stay easier for us particularly as we were travelling by motorbike. The little commune of a few houses made it exceptionally peaceful. There was a little crowing from the cockerel nearby but you are in the country. The owners were so helpful and friendly. They met us to show us the way and were available for any communication. You could not ask for any more. They gave us lovely gifts on departure. Thanks so much . The area is wonderful and we explored far and wide. It was a heavenly holiday spot. If you love peace and tranquility in beautiful surroundings you will love this house. I would not hesitate to recommend it. Weather was very hot a heatwave whilst there and the house stayed cool. Supermarket in nearby Pontecaldelas and we enjoyed a meal in the local restaurant in Caritel which you can walk to. Beaches superb in locality including the nearby river beach. If you live motorbiking as we do some superb roads. Fabulous holiday. Muchas Gracias Carlos y Magda.

Maritza and I have no hesitation in giving our stay 5 stars. Carlos and Magda were so helpful, and gave us lots of information about local events. The house has a wonderful view, and breakfast on the balcony every day was a real treat. The house is well equipped, and so quiet, (except for the cockerels!). We would thoroughly recommend this house to other people and are already thinking about planning another holiday there.
