I must say, it could have been a nice stay. If LL would take necessary action to help us. He did not.

We booked 3 nights and we left immeidately - IT WAS TOO COLD in the house and he refused to turn on heating. Yes, there is an Italian law for heating and to reduce overall consuption, but its hardly acceptable for private accommodation. Location had a full system for hot water and radiators, but he refused to turn them on. He could see on his monitor that there was 18,5 degrees in the house, but the skinfeel was much lower. The night ahead of us was only 9 degrees and the roof has no heat insulation. There was a light wind, so guess what - we would have been woke up with barely 12-15 degrees in the morning. No thanks. Landlord should be ready for such occasions, with small electrical solution to provide comfort for the tired traveller. He did not show up - the whole story was all about SMS WAR, he provided us with so many data - why we were really wrong - he did not care if we stay or go. In my view, after staying in more than 100 accommodations through booking.com, this should not be allowed. Why do I need to educate myself about italian heating law? Next time I travel I need to educate myself about french parking rules or german trash selection process? No. the LL has the funtion to transition this change and provide enough information ahead of time OR smooth out the bumps when we are on site.

It was not clean, furniture and bed old and not comfortable. Sink water tap broken. Towels and one bed didn’t look or smell clean.

An amazing place close to central Pisa. A great stay if you're looking for a quiet location with a patio outside to drink your morning coffee. With useful maps left out for places to visit in the local area and where is good to visit in Pisa/Lucca from a locals point of view was very helpful for us. The place was well furnished and had everything that you could want to stay somewhere for a few days, and the host was very helpful, with fast replies and always on hand to answer a question if needed. I would highly recommend you stay here!

Great 18th century house in excellent condition, complements to the owners. Our kids loved it, like in fairy tales. Beautiful grilling place, too bad we had no time to use it. 15 minutes drive from the Tower of Pisa.

The only bad thing was that we stayed only one night, next time we come for more.

Casa immersa nella campagna, curata e accogliente, ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e contatto con la natura. Gli spazi sono comodi e ben tenuti, e l’atmosfera rilassata rende il soggiorno molto piacevole
