Haus am See

Eine tolle Lage mit eigenem Seezugang und Gartengrundstück. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel ausgestattet und super-sauber. Auch in der Küche war an alles gedacht.

Die Wohnung zur Straße hin ist v.a. nachts überraschen laut (Straßenbahn, Autos), Fluglärm

Was a great apartment and building. I stayed at the topmost floor. Public transport nearby and close to the am see. Was a pleasant stay generally. The apartment has a air conditioning, cooking utensils and nice beds. Check in was pretty smooth with the code and was a pleasant

Nothing to complain about

We liked the area very much, especially the lakes close by where you could also go swimming. Schmöckwitz is located a bit outside of Berlin but ot is very easy to drive by car or public transport. The location of the house is is perfect with restaurants and supermarkets close by. Next time we will come with our bikes to explore a bit more. The way the house was rebuild into apartments (2 or 3 on each floor) was really amazing. We loved it ♥️♥️♥️

The apartment we rented was on the top floor, which is a bit difficult to reach for "elderly people" ;) Next time we would choose an apartment on the ground- or first floor, also towards the lake side.

Die Lage am See war sehr schön. Die Sauna (ohne Zusatzgebühr) im Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Waschmaschine und Trockner konnten kostenlos genutzt werden

Das Apartment war ziemlich klein. Bei den extremen Dachschrägen musste man immer aufpassen, dass man sich nicht den Kopf stößt. Für große Leute nicht geeignet. Diverse Einrichtungsgegenstände müssten repariert oder ausgetauscht werden. Tür vom Badezimmer klemmt, Befestigung von den Stühlen sind locker, Tür vom Hängeschrank oben klemmt, Tassen defekt, diverse Leuchtmittel müssten ausgetauscht werden. Mängel wurden zum Teil schon mit dem Vermieter besprochen.
