The house is beautiful and the view of the lake is just perfect. We were able to see wonderful sunsets every night. There was enough space and the location is great if you have a car.

Even though we booked the stay via Booking.com, we had to pay via Novasol website. The website is very badly organized and nothing worked. I couldn't get a hold on the company when I tried calling them and I waited quite a while for them to respond to my email. There was also information on the novasol website that wasn't on the Booking.com page. For example we were surprised to find that there are no bedding covers in the house and no towels. This wasn't mentioned on Booking but apparently it was written in small font in a document you can download from novasol. The whole communication was just awful.

Lake view

It's a two-family house so the add "Whole house" is untrue. Feels unsafe when you think you rent a house. No help available with the disc for the TV so only a few boring Swedish channels.
