Clean and comfortable room at a great value

The room was very comfortable and clean, with a large bathroom. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was great to have free parking. The location was great for us, as we needed to be in this area.

We struggled a bit to find the entrance to the parking lot, maybe a sign with the name of the Auberge will be helpful. They offer breakfast (for a cost) but it had a very poor selection.

Practical stay near nature

The room was big enough and also the bathroom was big. Wardrobe, table, mirrors, all good and large window with a nice view on the park. Staff was kind and helpful. The laundry room was well equipped. Electric scooters were always available at the entrance, making it easy to move to our venue. Water and coffee automated machines have been very useful.

The Hostel is placed inside a large sport center which meant long walks to/from the room from the main entrance. The absence of air conditioning and electric fans made the stay a bit uncomfortable. Was a pity not to have direct access from the Hostel to the big park beside it. The place is a bit of a concrete maze, but after a while we got hold of it.

Quiet neighborhood, good room for this price, fan in a room (it was hot outside). We’re lovely and helpful personnel!! Had issue with a key and they forced it very quick

Toilet IS NOT CLEAN. Toilet seat was yellow so it might be not cleaned well for months. Bathroom was with limescale on the floor. Fan was with a layer of dust. A bit far from metro but it’s not a big problem (especially for such a price)

Although very clean and would stay there again, there were a couple of things that were missing.

It was extremely clean, but we were missing a place to heat water for coffee. Also, we would have liked to have two hand towels, one for the hands and one for the body.

Lack of kind response from personnel, they were more than stern, sometimes rightly uncomfortable. We would have liked to have glasses to drink water, an extra towel for our hands, and maybe even something to heat water to make our own coffee or tea.

Surprisingly Good

Extremely comfortable bed, very clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and the shared dorms are very spacious.

The walls are really thin, meaning you can hear noise from other dorms. The entrance to the hostel is a bit confusing, better signage outside would be good. It is quite far from the city with a 20 minute walk along a road that doesn't have much lighting in the night. Not many shops nearby.

Good for 1 night, but due to small showers I would not recommend staying there for longer periods.

This was in quite calm part of Brussels. It was quiet during night and I could fall asleep relatively quickly. Showers (and place in general) was fairly clean.

The showers were terrible. Water only ran for ~15 seconds, I had to press multiple times until I got warm water. Also the showering arena was awkwardly divided and very small. I have bumped against the walls couple times.

Perfect for a sports-stay

If coming for an event in ADEPS it’s the perfect location. It has good facilities and the staff might not be super-nice if they’re overloaded but they’ll always take care of you.

The card-per-room policy is strange and varies a bit, they should always hand out one card per guest.

I will never ever book this place or advise it to anyone.

The male receptionist and clean bed linens were the only positives of this place. I really appreciate the receptionist for his kindness, guidance and ability to calm my visible anger. His service is the only reason for giving this hotel any stars.

The heating, the cleanliness and signage - there was no indication of the entrance to the hotel which is in a very large sports complex. The bathroom smelt mouldy and the left sink was clogged. The heating was not working well and the room was very cold at night. The daytime receptionist needs to be trained by the genteleman who was coming on shift as the night staff. Whilst she completely ignored me, not even responding to my hello; he assisted me and gave good guidance. I cannot believe how rude that woman was. Even the morning of checking out, she was again rude.
