The rooms are cozy and nicely decorated. The fireplace is perfect for chilly evenings!
The heat was initially not turned on and it was a cold night, but staff was responsive and very helpful!

The rooms were very cozy and the kitchen/lounge area was convenient to use for a morning cup of coffee or an evening get together. The walking distance to the restaurant is a major plus!
The first morning the light breakfast fruit, danish and coffee was well stocked but on the second morning it was not fully replenished so guests waking up Saturday were out of luck on some items. After letting host know, problem was fixed. This should be automatic so each day the inventory is the same we should not have to call to let them know.

I liked the self-check-In, no waiting at desks - clear instructions provided. Common room for coffee was nice and also self-serve. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. Everything very clean and well-appointed.
Needed better snow clearing for pedestrians, especially older folk like myself, as there was quite a walk from parking area to the building. Also, there should be parking area reserved just for people staying at the Inn. There was a special event in the restaurant, and all parking was taken so none was available for Inn guests. Had to wait for people to leave to get a space.
