Perfektní komunikace s majitelem, místo, možnost zaparkování
Jediné, co trošičku ovlivnilo hodnocenou byly okna směrem k mostu, na kterém se pravděpodobně nachází vyklající víko od kanálu. Všechna auta, která projížděla přes most,jela pravděpodobně přes tento kanál 😁.

The owner doesn't speak good English or German, but he is always available and tries to help using Google translator. The location is good and one can reach the city centre in 20 min by foot. Lidl is nearby.
None of the windows have shutters(only curtains available), so it's not dark enough at night and very difficult to sleep. Cooking bowls are not clean enough and no caps for them. Spiders everywhere.
