Beautifully decorated property. Very relaxing atmosphere and the room was terrific. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the service was very good too! One of our favourite stays on this trip.

Very nice hotel with large elevator. Located right in the middle of the spas and springs, easy walk to most of Karlovy Vary. Rooms were very nice with automatic lights and a good size bathroom. Breakfast was ok, mostly a cold buffet with a few hot items.

- The apartment was ok, but it had a really weird smell.
- We were told there would be free parking and they’ll tell us where once we arrive, unfortunately the lady at the desk then didn’t really know where we could park, because it was Friday and her English wasn’t very proficient. She did suggest us some free parking in the city though and we also managed to get the last free parking spot.
- We thought the hotel pool would be included when booking a room with them (which is usually the case), but it costs an additional 15€ a day.
- Overall it was ok, but not really worth the money.
