Spend your vacation in this 2-bedroom apartment in Chalet Rustica located just off the high street and only 160 meters from the ski piste. With 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and open plan living-dining-kitchen space this is an appealing Wengen apartment for 4 people.
Arrival to the car limited village of Wengen is by cogwheel railway from Lauterbrunnen
After dropping off your coats and shoes in the entrance garderobe, enter into the open plan living-dining-kitchen area. The well-kept kitchen at one end with breakfast bar is good for cooking family meals and features a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. A dining table with overhead lighting sits just off the living area to enjoy those homemade family meals.
The carpeted living area is very child friendly and comfortably seats 4 with sofa and 2 armchairs. This opens out on to the good size sunny south-facing balcony with views of the Jungfrau, Silberhorn and surrounding mountains.
The spacious south-facing master bedroom features a Queen-size double bed whilst the second bedroom has two single bunk beds, which can be dismantled into 2 single beds (90x200cm each). A family bathroom with bathtub and separate cloakroom serve both bedrooms.

• Complimentary use of the Central Sport ski, board and boot depot. The depot is located adjacent to the Männlichen cable car within the shop and offers places for more than 1,000 skis, boards and boots. The depot is supervised and is open at the same time as the shop.
Every depot space is numbered and a boot drying system is installed.

This apartment was perfect and just as described. We were so glad we decided to rent this place instead of booking a hotel. The apartment was very close to the train station (quite easy to lug all our things on a luggage trolley from the station and bring it back), and everything inside the apartment was comfortable and just as pictured. Great location to use as a home base to explore the area. Hosts were very easy to communicate with.

The response from the management was extremely timely and helpful. We left our car keys in the apartment and they sent them down to us in Lauterbrunnen with the train conductor, saving us an enormous hassle. Wengen is beautiful beyond words. The trains run regularly and all kinds of fun is to be had hiking, riding trains, looking at the stunning views, riding the cable cars and even in Wengen itself. We will miss this place and long to return!

Chalet Rustica in Wengen is een prima onderkomen voor een korte wintersport vakantie.
Centraal in dorp gelegen. Geen nieuw appartement maar wel functioneel ingericht.
Bijkomend voordeel is het gratis stallen van ski uitrusting bij het centraal depot bij de Männlichen lift, wat inbegrepen is bij de huur van het appartement.
