We loved the rural location and the fact that it was a working farm. There was a very warm atmosphere, welcoming owner. As the local restaurant was fully booked for dinner, the owner suggested we go to Le Barn a few kms away - very disappointing food, and expensive. We had a good breakfast in the morning, sharing a large table with other guests. The family at Ferme d'Armenon have four children, one a babe in arms who was introduced to us at breakfast. It seemed a very happy place. Our friends in the second floor bedroom had a solid wooden bathtub which they loved.
A couple of bulbs in the unusual bedside lamp arrangement were missing and should have been replaced. There was no bedside water or glasses for water. The double bed was quite small.

Friendly hosts. Comfortable accommodation. Relaxing place to stay. Beautifully renovated 18 Century farmhouse.
Would be nice to have something cooked for breakfast.
