We had a great stay

The food was really good,no need to go to the restaurant for dinner. The decorations of the house is style flea market which is unique. Our room and bed was comfortable and clean.

The mirror in the bathroom is too high. Because we are not a tall person so we had difficulty to use the mirror.

Charming family country house..

Lovely relaxed place to stay in the countryside about 17k from Fontainebleau. Older, charming house, friendly host and staff. Hearty dinner (additional cost) and simple continental breakfast. Hostess has collected some eclectic pieces of art and memorabilia. Chooks running about in the yard.

You have to make your way through slightly cluttered rooms to the dining room. It didn't bother me but might some people.

A comfortable stopover with an interesting themed room within easy driving distance of Provins

Very nice property in large immaculate gardens. Good, secure car parking. Large bathroom with excellent walk in shower and separate toilet. Small private outdoor seating area through French windows in addition to dining and lounge areas in the large garden (complete with friendly hens!). Nice horse themed room - much amusement counting the number of horse representations within! Very nice hosts spoke good English. Good, varied continental breakfast served at a communal table. Use of a communal fridge in the dining area. Relieved to say that credit cards are now accepted for payment!

What a fantastic hotel. Exceptional property with beautiful garden . Best room we have ever had with every room having a different style beautifully decorated with quirky touches. Lovely hostess very attentive.

We had evening meal two nights which were beautifully done but with some unusual ingredients which personally we don't eat. Would be good idea to give guests who are eating a chance to choose from 2 options.

Véronique is very helpful and patient. Table d'hôte excellent (veggie for me). Lovely garden for lounging. Large room, comfortable bed. Quiet village. Garage for bikes. Great place to relax.

The garden! The free bike hire! Dinner at home and friendly hosts! The house is outrageously beautiful and clean and arty.

The Rosa bonheur room is not for tall people as there are eves with beams.

Proprietatea mi-a depasit asteptarile. Este o vila rustica, renovata exceptional, au pastrat elemente vechi la vedere. Din baie am avut iesire direct in gradina. Cina a fost fantastica. Oamenii calzi.

Chambre d'hôtes idéale pres de Fontainebleau

Particulièrement l'accueil, le lieu, l'état d'esprit et l'ambiance chaleureuse, détendue, à l'écoute. Le calme aussi et l'emplacement dans un petit village près de Fontainebleau et à 15 mn du château de Vaux le Vicomte ( à voir absolument).

On s'y sent mieux qu'à la maison

Chambre spacieuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Salle de bain très bien équipée. L'aménagement et la décoration des pièces de la maison qui en font un espace très chaleureux, avec une personnalité . La présence d'un piano qui a ravi le pianiste que je suis. Le sens de l'accueil. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de la personne responsable de l'accueil. l'esprit de convivialité. La souplesse des horaires de départ et d'arrivée. Le babyfoot et la table de ping pong.
