The staff were very nice and the room/bathroom were very spacious
Location, a bit soulless.
Called maintenance 3 or 4 times for the air con stuck on 25 degrees and telly would not switch on.
Had 10% discount through booking.com on food and drink, paid first 4 nights then the hotel wouldn’t honour the discount as they said we had already paid. There was no other option! Every other time I tried to use it they said they would have to check, it made me feel very uncomfortable.

The Turkish Hemam Wellness
this is an international hotel where one expects even if it’s a little English only one person was able to understand me the most of them don’t another disappointment for me personally was that one literally was asked always if pay cash coz Visa card they would charge you extra. Another thing for me personally was that I sat in the restaurant and wanted to have dinner only for a cat wether stray or lives there it has nothing to look for on top of a table snooping on plates and glasses where I want to sit and eat my dinner that was not hygienic at all.
