Una fantastica oasi a Sant’Angelo Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo

Unica pecca la colazione, leggermente scarsa Posto non raggiungibile con auto più larga di 1,80, ma comunque servizio navetta offerto dalla struttura

La struttura è immersa nel verde, la camera è caratteristica, in linea con lo stile della struttura. Nota decisamente positiva la cordialità del personale. In particolar modo Vincenzo, ragazzo sempre gentile e disponibile. La colazione semplice ma con ottimi prodotti.

Beautiful pool area, big rooms, gorgeous building and grounds

Maybe we got unlucky but this stay could have been much better. The thing that impacted us the most was on one of the days (Saturday) they had opened the pool to outside visitors and there were a LOT of people and loud screaming kids (at least 8 kids) that totally killed the vibe at the pool area. The day before we had it to ourselves and the next morning it was quiet as well. The restaurant is only available for bookings so you can’t order anything to eat except drinks which come with chips/nuts, and you feel like you’re being an inconvenience because they are trying to to do everything with too few people We also had a terrible experience with the scooter rental company which is on site and ended up being charged for damage that we didn’t cause. We booked two rooms that were the same price but one had a gorgeous view and the other was significantly smaller and the view wasn’t nearly as good, so they shouldn’t be the same price. The family was hosting an event when we were there so we generally felt in the way and unwelcome, they should have just blocked off bookings during that weekend. I think with a bit more experience and 1-2 more staff it could be a great place, especially if they had some fruit, salads, sandwiches available during the day. If anyone reads this far and finds it helpful, I chose this place for its proximity to Sant Angelo and I was super disappointed in the town also, it is super expensive and very touristy. Nothing to do with villa Tara, of course.
