Lichtdurchflutete Wohnung, gemütliche Einrichtung, idyllische Lage am See, umgeben von Natur und Bauernhöfen.
Sehr nette Kommunikation mit den Besitzer. (Wir hatten aus Versehen die untere Wohnung gebucht, welche weniger schön ist, im Erdgeschoss ist, konnten dann spontan die Wohnungen wechseln, da die obere Wohnung frei war.
Alles bestens.

Appartamento molto bello e spazioso. Soggiorno con vetrate su un panorama sul lago e montagne. Cucina molto fornita. Possibilità di accendere il caminetto.

We had such a lovely stay in this beautiful house right in the middle of nature. It feels both spacious and cozy, with a wonderful terrace and lots of thoughtful details, we especially enjoyed the telescope for stargazing. Everything is well-equipped, which made our time here really comfortable and relaxing.
There were just a couple of small things that could be improved for the future: when we arrived, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, the heating in the upstairs bathroom and toilet wasn’t working, the shower could use a bit more pressure, and the downstairs bathroom bin still had some garbage in it. The dryer is a great extra, but it could use a little cleaning.
Overall though, the place was clean, welcoming, and gave us such a warm experience. We were super happy with our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

L’appartamento è pulito e funzionale, adatto a un soggiorno alle Lofoten.
Purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata negativa per la gestione di un grave imprevisto.
Durante il soggiorno di 5 notti sono caduto sul ghiaccio, fratturandomi il ginocchio, e ho dovuto lasciare l’alloggio un giorno prima per recarmi a Tromsø (7 ore di auto), poiché alle Lofoten non era possibile effettuare accertamenti medici approfonditi. Ho chiesto un minimo di comprensione, ma la proprietà non ha mostrato alcuna flessibilità, sarebbe stata un segnale di attenzione e professionalità. costringendomi a sostenere ulteriori spese.
Inoltre, la comunicazione è stata lenta, con risposte spesso dopo uno o due giorni.
Per questi motivi, pur apprezzando l’alloggio, non sono soddisfatto della gestione dell’ospite.
