The apartment is on the third floor. It consists of an air-conditioned room with a double bed and a foldaway table for breakfast or lunch / dinner; equipped kitchenette, small terrace with sea view, bathroom with shower. The apartment has an area of about 30 square meters, has air conditioning, heating, satellite and digital LCD TV, safe, stainless steel kitchen utensils, emergency lights.
The mansion was built over a hundred years ago and completely renovated in 2010. The apartment has a private entrance and is ideal for two people. If you want you can rent two apartments, on the same floor in order to get up to 6 beds with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. In this case an intermediate door separates the entire third floor from the rest of the building.

Restaurants, pubs, bars, ice cream parlors and small grocery stores, famous for their quality, are just a few steps away from us and if you want, go down the stairs next to the Villa Comunale and you will immediately reach "Cala Marina" the marina where the ancient Arab Norman Castle stands majestically.
