Less than 300 meters from the area known as “Cala Marina”—a spot that, in addition to the marina and the Arab-Norman castle that gives the city its name, is teeming with restaurants and entertainment venues. At Cala Marina, you can rent a boat, book a tour or excursion, or simply take a relaxing stroll to the Arab-Norman Castle and then sit down at one of the bars for a drink.

The kitchen features: a stovetop, sink, fridge/freezer, oven, range hood, table for 4 people, 32-inch LED TV, toaster, plates, pots, and dishes, as well as countless other accessories.

A stunning panoramic terrace on the upper floor with views of the sea, the mountains, and the “Quattro Canti” square, equipped with a table and chairs, lounge chairs, a second kitchen in the covered portion of the terrace, atmospheric lighting that creates a romantic ambiance, and sunshades.

From May through September, all our guests can enjoy a FREE RESERVED parking space for the entire duration of their stay at the “Parcheggio Fontana” parking lot, located at Guidaloca Bay, just a few dozen meters from the beach, which is 6.4 km away from our apartments.
