very dirty, the bathroom very old, the fuse for the electricity kept popping the hose from the air conditioner was inserted into the bottle, everything looked very unmaintainable.needs total renovation, no parking

Would never come again. Guy is a bully who tries to steal people's money.

Guy tried to take money twice even though we showed him the booking.com receipts. Girlfriend was even crying trying to explain to him and show him the receipts but he didn't care so we ended up leaving as we had already paid regardless of his shouting.

Uhh, we had a great time, but not thanks to the hotel. I would choose another in the near area.

Basically the location of the hotel is one of the best you can get in Ormos Panagias. The rooms, however, are small and kinda very old. That wouldn't be a problem if the prices weren't sky high and a lot more than a lot better hotels.

The hosts are very nice, the location is great and also - the view. The owner takes care for keeping free the parking places of the guests,when they are away, which is very important into this area.

I dont understand why some people have negative comments about the place, especially the staff. The place is great, perfect location, clean and comfortable, affordable price for this region. Staff was very helpful with everything and very polite. Will definitely go again!

Settimana sublime tra relax e spiagge mozzafiato

Ho soggiornato una settimana in questo bel residence che dista appena 50 metri dal mare, da alcune camere è visibile anche dal balcone. La posizione è perfetta, tranquilla sul piccolo porto di Ormos Panagias da dove parte ogni giorno il veliero dei pirati 'Menia Maria III' in direzione dei monasteri del monte Athos e blue lagoon. Di sera ci sono ristoranti con tavoli direttamente sulla spiaggia molto caratteristici, oppure su terrazze vista mare (vi consiglio Giannelis). Ci sono tante spiagge bellissime nelle vicinanze, con o senza beach bar. Tra tutte vi consiglio la spiaggia di Livrohio, oppure Talgo beach bar. Troverete sempre un parcheggio gratuito fuori all'hotel, poi vi è un piccolo supermercato e un bar ottimo per fare colazione, mentre a 7 minuti di auto in direzione Nikiti vi è un grande Lidl. Il proprietario del hotel Alexandros si chiama Cristhos è una persona molto gentile, parla perfettamente inglese e italiano, saprà darvi sempre i giusti consigli, è una persona sempre molto disponibile. Una menzione positiva anche per Stella che pulisce e ordina le camere in modo eccellente. Ci ritornerei volentieri

Размерът на стаята и банята са малки, но компенсират размера с чистота и добро отношение .Δίνω υψηλούς βαθμούς λόγω των προσπαθειών των οικοδεσποτών να κάνουν τη διαμονή μας όσο το δυνατόν πιο ευχάριστη. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι παλιό αλλά καλά συντηρημένο. Το μέγεθος του δωματίου και του μπάνιου είναι μικρό, αλλά αντισταθμίζουν το μέγεθος με καθαριότητα και καλή συμπεριφορά
