An amazing place and owner!

Everything was perfect. The owner is a very kind and polite man! I made a reservation for a small studio apartment, because I was a sollo traveler, and that was enough for me. It was equipped with all you need + it has a small kitchen with all kitchen tools. There is always a hot water in the shower and you don't have to wait. The heating is amazing, it gets warm in 5 minutes! The location is perfect - it is in the centre of Zabljak city, markets and restaurants are close, and it is just next to the bus station. I have already reserved for November!

Great apartment.

The host met me at the apartment and was really friendly. The apartment was massive and I could park my motorbike around the back. There was also a nice patio area in the sun to sit and have a beer from the shop around the corner.

Definitely NOT recommended

Central location, kind host.

The property is significantly worn down and does not match the photos shown on Booking.com. Upon arrival, we noticed that the threshold was torn off, the door was damaged, and both the shower and sink were visibly dirty. The toilet seat was loose and unstable. The kitchenware was also in poor condition—dishes were caked with burnt residue and had clearly not been properly cleaned. Despite paying both city tax and VAT, we had to ask for a receipt multiple times, which raises concerns about the owner's transparency. Despite stated on booking.com, there is no free parking provided. Additionally, our room's boiler was used to supply hot water to the other rooms. This setup was never mentioned beforehand and led to uncomfortable situations. Privacy was also a concern, as anyone walking down the shared staircase could easily see into our room through the window. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

For me it was a good experience! It's true, if you expect a €25 room to offer you the same thing as a €150 room, you might be disappointed. I recommend!

Everything. Excellent accomodation, great service and very nice and polite owners. The location is central, everything is very close, markets, bars, bus station, in case you need it, all view points and signings are approximately 10min by car. Great value for money, very cosy, clean and nice.

I really recommends this aparts.

It was our best trip, host are really friendly and help us with get to the most beautiful views of the region. Location is amazing, apartments are comfortable, the restaurant is right in front of the door (and it's not noisy).

Decent place to stay in an ideal location for the bus stop

The location is right next to the bus stop so is ideal for if you are catching an early bus the next day like I was. The host was great and very friendly and went out of his way to print my bus ticket for me.

Didn't feel as clean as some of the places I have been but wasn't bad. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but again not bad

Could be better

Generally ok, comfortable beds, room and bathroom were acceptably clean, working fridge, stove and room heater. Water heater ok.

No wardrobe or shelfs in the room - no place to put your things at all. Water kettle without the switch, it boils water until you unplug it from the socket. Doorknob to the bathroom - not working. No vent in the bathroom, only the small window to the room. Water under the shower needed few hours to drain completely. Really, could be better.

Super Apartment! Lazar, the host, is a very kind person, he was super friendly and helpful! The apartment located next to the busstop and to a very delicious restaurant. The parkarea is very good. we felt comfortable there and had an amazing stay in Zabljak! Thanks a lot!
