Exceptionally clean,and well equipped. The small studio was perfect for a 3 night stay to explore the area. The studio was equipped with everything needed to self cater,alongside lovely thick fluffy towels and comfy bed linen Very easy to find location, well sited for all of the attractions. Supermarket and shops close by. Loads of parking and an easy place to stay. Don't be put off by the go-kart track next door,was very quiet ,even over a bank Holiday. Will definitely stay again.
Loud traffic noise from busy road into Niort,but only during rush hours.
