Stop Hotel

The hotel is in the middle of a busy intersection, so it doesn't work for everyone, but for us it was perfect. We were visiting relatives in Brasov and Sanpetru and this is at the entrance of both. Very easy to get to. The room was not perfect but it was clean and comfortable.

It's a bit noisy with all the traffic, and the petrol station next to it. Parking close to the hotel is a bit difficult, they have fewer parking spaces than rooms.

The staff deserve 5☆plus. Both ladies at the reception very welcoming and helpful and really cared about their service.

The noise from the motorway and the crancky bad

Jenina in reception was so very helpful in reception the day we checked in but also the day we checked out. The hotel was usual standard you’d expect of a road stop hotel, but the people make it a higher grade!

AC didn’t operate cold, so you had to open window. We were given keys to a few rooms to ensure we were happy with the temperature before moving our stuff in, brilliant service. Given additional water to help the AC situation. Overall AC wasn’t too much of a problem, as room windows were open but curtains closed . If you on side of petrol station with window, noise is slightly louder, but not annoying. Breakfast was through an adjacent restaurant, but they were very strict with the rules . I only had 1 bacon, bread roll and a butter, and a coffee (I could have taken eggs, cheese, bacon, sausages etc etc) but I took an orange juice from fridge and told i had to pay for it. Coffee was nice and went to get another but again was told I had to pay for it. I think restaurant is a separate company but the strict policy is going to turn people away.

Very nice staff and good location.

Loud music until 4 AM. We and our baby could barely sleep until the party was over. No baby chair at the restaurant.
