Crown Victoria Hotel Tulungagung

Room was big enough, with a good bed and nice bathroom. Good and very helpfull staff at the reception. Overall a good hotel in the area Tulungagung.

Our room was above the swimming pool, so a bit noisy early in the morning because of some swimmers. Staff in the restaurant still have to learn a lot. In a hotel like this I expect a glass with my water or cola. Also they really don't have a clue about what is mentioned on the menu. Food was OK, but nothing more than just OK.

I like the pool so much as it has many diffrent type of pool. All staff were polite too.

Modern hotel with easy access to the city. Polite staff and clean rooms. Nothing specifically amazing but they do have beers for non-muslins which was great looking at how difficult it was for us to find some during Ramadan.

We drove motorbikes ~7h a day for this trip and a location with a swimming pool was kind of a focus to relax after such days. When we checked in, we discovered that the swimming pool was closed for 15 days. The issue is not so much about the maintenance but about not letting know customers before they pay for something they will not get. The massage was also pretty bad as it was done in our room, with all our clothes on and tv running at the back (rock n' roll isn't really the best to set up a massage mood if I may). I can easily say that this was one of the poorest I've had in Asia.
