    We had a high hope as it’s a part of Relais & Chateaux, overall it fell short. While we understood that with only 23 guest rooms in total and being somewhat seasonal is not an easy business to run but the property simply feels tired with cracks in walls, our toilet door can not be closed and extremely damp environment, it was not comfortable after all. The cuisine was quite good, light, fresh and yet delicious but the knowledge of servers on serving were not at an international fine dining level as they tried to present. Overall, the staff were very courteous and kind. The location has a wonderful view towards to river with a lake-like vibe and that’s why I chose my title as -perhaps best to go for the hot spring for the day, but not to stay over night(s).

    This hotel is terrific! Amazing service and the restaurant is incredible. The only flaw is that other than the hot springs, there really isn't much to do in the area and there isn't really anywhere to walk if you wanted to leave the hotel.

    This spa & resort is the best I have ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly and attentive to all my needs. They went above and beyond to give an amazing experience.
