Nice little country pub with friendly staff.
Could have do with opening the other bar in busy times .

I recently stayed at the Cornishman Inn and had a fantastic experience. The location is brilliant—just a short walk to Tintagel Castle, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient.
The room was clean, comfortable, and very cosy, with lovely décor and beautiful landscape photography that really added to the atmosphere. The shower was excellent—powerful with plenty of hot water, which was perfect after a long day out.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious and a real highlight of the stay. Everything was so well prepared and enjoyable.
I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

All OK as far as a village tourist pub goes.
Accepting the cost of fuel, we found the pub rather cold to match the seas9nal weather. Rather spartan main bar area with pool table taking up space.
Food all OK buy not exceptional.

Central location in town. Free car park at rear. Room recently refurbished.
No dedicated check in area - had to join queue in the bar. TV channel selection very poor - no BBC or ITV, hardly any channels? Washbasin in bedroom, small shower/toilet room. Room at front of Inn, above entrance door - noisy. Disappointed with breakfast - lukewarm, buffet poor. Salt cellars all clogged up.
