Mhamid Sahara Luxury Camp - Chez Naji

Nous avons eu le camp pour nous tout seuls. L’endroit est magnifique, l’accueil excellent, la nourriture personnalisée.

Le tour en dromadaire a été bâclé, trop court (à peine 25 minutes) et a débuté après le coucher du soleil. Décevant!

Cazare confortabilă, cu toate facilitățile, personalul foarte amabil, politicos și atent la nevoile noastre. Mâncarea foarte bună, aromată, în cantități generoase, bucătarul foarte priceput. Am fost plăcut impresionați de ceea ce se poate oferi turiștilor în deșert și de cat de ospitalieri pot fi berberii.

Nu avem nimic de reproșat, totul excelent.

Sensationelles Hünchen-Tajine, super Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, traumhafte Lage, schöne Unterkunft, grandiose Natur.

Es war alles zur Zufriedenheit.

Ishmael Yousef and Mohammed were brilliant hosts and looked after us very well. We enjoyed their company.

We were asked what our arrival time would be and we advised accordingly. Unfortunately we were left for over 3 hours at an empty hotel waiting to be collected to go to the desert. Not once through all the communication via Booking.com app messages and WhatsApp prior to arrival were we told about the €40 cost to get to the desert. We were told the cost for dinner plus trips but not this. I spoke on the phone to the trip organiser who rudely commented that we were happy to use the hotel pool free of charge whilst we waited. We were told we could use the pool by someone at the hotel whilst we waited as it was so hot. We'd rather have just got on the way to camp!! Either that or be advised 1) it's too hot to travel to camp around 3pm and to arrive later plus 2) be advised of the charge to get to camp before booking. Misleading and rude organisers. BUT the team who took us to camp and looked after us were wonderful. If it wasn't for them I would have just left and not gone to the camp.
