It was gooo, nothing impressive.

Location and stuff

I booked the superior room with a view, but the overall condition was poor. There was a leak on the roof and under the toilet sink. The floor was dirty, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The towels were old and had holes, and the swimming pool needs a proper renovation.

it took 45 mins to get a drink, 1 1/2 hours for food. I left a champagne bottle in the fridge , moved to another hotel and when I tried to contact them they never answered . they kept it.

No screens on the windows meant lots of mosquitos in the room. But, the air conditioner worked well, and also kept the mosquitos on the ceiling and not near us.

Pleasant

Breakfast standard. Rooms not cleaned daily and towels not changed! I would not have liked to stay longer with bathroom not being cleaned ….for what we paid we would have expected the room to be cleaned. Location a little way out and a steep hill to climb to get back from the beach!

Can be a bit noisy has you can hear noise in corridor and also music from the town. Staff misinformed us about how to book the room for another day. He told us that the next member of staff due in six hours will deal with it. In the meantime the room was booked by someone else. Not happy as we had to hang about for hours with no result.

A pousada tem uma excelente localização e uma vista maravilhosa. O quarto de tamanho bom, limpo e cheiroso. Café da manhã com várias opções de pães e bolos, poucas frutas, mas tudo muito gostoso.

Se você não vive sem secador de cabelo como eu, leve o seu. O único que tinha na recepção estava queimado e não consegui usar. Achei as regras um pouco "travadas" também: tem que agendar horário até pra tomar café e a piscina só pode ser usada após às 10h da manhã. Se você busca flexibilidade, pode se incomodar um pouco, mas pela vista e localização ainda vale a hospedagem

La vista muy bonita, la habitación cómoda y el baño amplio. El desayuno bastante bueno, con productos locales y preparaciones típicas.

La imágenes distan de la realidad, la piscina es más pequeña de lo que se ve, la habitación menos iluminada y amplia, la vista es más lejana y menos directa al mar de lo que se muestra. Me cobraron en pesos Chilenos y no en reales, la diferencia fue de $40.000 pesos chilenos en contra. Y lo último que lo encontré insólito, pague en efectivo el consumo de la habitación y no tenian vuelto, me tenian que devolver 5 reales y me preguntaron si podian ser 3 o 4... insólito.

O quarto que fiquei hospedada, ficava isolado dos demais quartos, o que me trouxe uma sensação de vulnerabilidade diante dos demais quartos. A limpeza tinha que solicitar, poderia ser diária. E muitas escadas, todos os acessos escadas e mais escadas.

Funcionários atenciosos e receptivos . Localização excelente. Uma vista maravilhosa Só não recomendo para pessoas com problemas de mobilidade ou idosos , pois há muitas escadas , inclusive para acessar os quartos . A piscina é aquecida e está sempre bem cuidada .

Não achei conveniente a cobrança de toalhas para piscina/praia, já que estamos num hotel à beira-mar. Nunca havia passado por uma experiência deste tipo em todos os hotéis em que me hospedei no Brasil e no exterior .

Localização incrível. A pousada possui uma escada que já desce diretamente na orla. A vista é sensacional. O café da manhã é personalizado e com opções muito boas. Tudo é muito limpo e bonito. Funcionários atenciosos. A cama e os travesseiros muito confortáveis.

Não possui estacionamento coberto. A piscina não chega a esquentar a ponto de utilizar em dias frios.

A vista muito elegante e varanda ótima.

A limpeza, estava portas sujas com marcas de mão, a varanda andava descalço o pé ficava preto… por ser tudo branquinho se nota que os móveis não são bem limpos ficando marrom e com manchas.

La ubicación del lugar y su vista nada más.

Huele a húmedo todo La limpieza del lugar 3 de 10, no tenían tarjeta para poner en puerta solo tenías que entregar las llaves antes de un horario establecido para que fueran El desayuno siempre andaban mosquitos sobre ella. Te entregan una sola llave y si se pierde la pagas tu. Demasiados insectos en la habitación. Y por dónde se ubica no entran a recogerte si contratas un tur Pero relación precio calidad para nada solo la vista y presentación del lugar lindos.
