We were in the area to visit Litomysl and Dolni Dobrouc so the location was perfect. There was a fun fair going on over the weekend, so a lot of noise at night, but that's not the hotel's fault. Parking was free and in the back of the property. The front and back entrance plus lobby area are pretty worn and tired, so we were pleasantly surprised when our room looked a little more modern and refreshed. We didn't spend much time in the hotel, opted out of breakfast. So it met our limited needs and the price reflected what we got. Front desk person spoke just enough English to get us checked in and parked.
The entrances and lobby could be cleaned and brightened up, it would give a better first impression.
