Good location good value for money and the kind gentleman allowed us to check in early.

Bed was very hard and air conditioning only allowed to be used at night

The owner is very nice and the room was great for one night. The bed was quite comfortable as well. It's also located very central in Hwaseong Fortress :)

There are no lockers, though that wasn't really a problem for me. Toilet and showers are in the same room, and while they are seperated by stalls, there is some water on the floor in the entire room if someone showered. But since there are house shoes, that isn't too much of a problem either.

1. The location was excellent because it is very near to popular tourist destinations in Suwon, and is even a walking distance to the Hwaseong Temporary Palace and Suwon Museum of Art, among others. It also has many bus stations nearby, and the Suwon Station is 15 minute away by bus. There are also lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby the area. 2. The room is also very comfortable. I actually enjoyed my stay in the room because the bed was comfy and it had an electric warmer and the comforter was also soft and had no smell at all. The room had slippers, one table and chair, a rack for clothes, and electric sockets. 3. The bathroom had toiletries, tissues, and nice flow of water. It is usually cleaned by an ahjumeoni lady every morning. 4. The staff were also nice especially the grandfather who always stays at the living room. You have to have a Korean phone number maybe to be able to reach the reception staff right away. 5. I was provided with a ramyeon and towel upon my arrival. The wifi connection was also great. The sofa with the pillow in the living room was really comfortable to hang out at. 6. I went there during an off-season so there were not much guests so I basically had all the room and other amenities by myself for a day.

1. The main concern that you would be having here would be the lack of door in the shower areas, because it only had curtains. But if there are not much guests during your stay, you could just lock the entire bathroom area including the toilet part. I only gave it a 9 rating mainly because of the shower curtains hehe. But it's manageable. 2. There would usually be some noraebang noise around 10pm-11pm but it should not bother you that much. 3. Also the rooms are not soundproof so avoid talking out loud; my neighboor kept knocking on my wall when I was talking with my roommate. 4. The intercom phone in the reception area was not working, but I didn't have much problem with it.

Location is very good. You just need to walk out doesn't matter if you turn left or right it will always lead you to somewhere worth visiting.

My room is with window and I can hear every movements outside.
