Terrible attitude towards foreigners

In the restaurant the service is at a high level, very pleasant and delicious.

Unfriendly attitude on the part of the woman who worked at the reception and refused to introduce herself. Refusal to help solve a fairly simple problem. Refusal to speak English, refusal to communicate using a translator on the phone. We were required to speak only German, it was pronounced:” kein Deutsch - kein buisness”. It feels like we are the first foreign tourists there. It is very similar to the rejection of foreigners. We were very disappointed, our vacation was a failure.

Pillows were small and a bit uncomfortable. The shower area should have a little shelf for keeping the shampoo and other accessories - not nice to put them on the floor.

Leckeres Frühstück, super netter Empfang, großes, modern eingerichtetes Zimmer, ruhig

Die Heizung im Zimmer und im Bad waren viel zu laut, egal, ob aus oder an. Erst wenn beide Heizungen aus waren, wurde es ruhig. Abendessen im Hotel war leider nicht möglich (neues, überfordertes Personal lt. Kellner).

Von der netten Dame am Empfang bis hin zur Bedienung im Restaurant,alles super.Hotelzimmer sauber,ruhiges Hotel.Gute Lage zum Strand.Parkplatz vorhanden.Zum heiligen Abend wurden wir zum Kaffee und Kuchen eingeladen.Mit Sekt am 1.und 2. Feiertag.Das Frühstücksbuffet war frisch und ausreichend.

WLAN Empfang und die Sendereinstellungen am Fernseher waren eine Katastrophe.

Sehr empfehlenswert, auch in der Nebensaison

Hervorragende Lage, ruhig, seeehr freundliches Personal, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Zimmergröße völlig ausreichend, sogar mit extra Schreibtisch und passendem, fast antikem Schrank. In der wohl schlechtesten Saure-Gurken-Zeit der Nebensaison wurde alles möglich gemacht, damit es an nichts fehlte, auch wenn kaum Gäste da waren. Vielen Dank!!!

Leider gab es kein Abendessen, was uns aber vorher schon mitgeteilt wurde. Wir hatten uns darauf gefreut, weil wir vor wenigen Jahren schon einmal zum Essen dort waren und es sehr lecker fanden. Tja, es war jetzt halt Nebensaison, und die Pause sei ihnen gegönnt!

Das Hotelzimmer war für ein Wochenende mit Enkel völlig ausreichend und mit Frühstück günstig. Der Parkplatz war kostenlos und es war nicht weit zum Strand. Das Abendessen war sehr sehr gut.Eine wirklich tolle Küche.Die Kinderkarte war auch gut durchdacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es war super!!!!

Wir waren schon des öfteren hier und es hat uns wie immer sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist super. Hervorzuheben ist die freundliche Aufnahme am Empfang sowie das gesamte Personal, sehr zu vorkommend. Ein besonderes grosses Lob gebührt dem Küchenteam. Es war traumhaft dort zu speisen. Macht weiter so und das umfangreiche Frühstück, super.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, weil das Wetter super war.

Gefallen hat uns die Lage des Hotels in unmittelbarer Strandnähe und zur Seebrücke, sowie die Parkmöglichkeit auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz. Der Service war freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und das Frühstück durchschnittlich gut.

Es gab keine Minibar, keinen Wasserkocher oder Kaffepad-Maschine auf den Zimmern. Die Fenstern und Balkontüren hatten keinen Mückenschutz. Der Teppichboden war nicht shamponiert.

Parkplatz wird von hotelfremden Personen blockiert. Minimalausstattung im Zimmer (Preis/Leistung ..!): Keine Gelegenheit, einen Tee o.ä. zu zubereiten. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Hoteleigenes Restaurant an zwei Tagen/W geschlossen (Suchen Sie was am Strand..).

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit gutem Essen.

Frühstück war gut. Die Lage ist gut. Parkplatz ist vorhanden.Personal war freundlich. Im Restaurant gibt es sehr gutes Essen, aber nur bis 19.00 Uhr und man muss morgens bestellen, sonst hat man Pech. Schön ist es, dass der Parkplatz im Preis inbegriffen ist.

Die Betten sind viel zu hart. Wenn keine Jalousien vorhanden sind, müsste es wenigstens dunkle Vorhänge geben um das Zimmer nachts dunkel zu bekommen. Wlan ist sehr langsam.
