Great location and a big swimming pool. Quiet, no parties, lots of privacy, very spacious, clean apartment .
All acceptable, an access to washmachine during long stay would be a nice improvement.

L'endroit est absolument magnifique, superbe piscine vue magnifique sur le coucher de soleil, calme pas loin de la mer et le petit village de scarlino est absolument pittoresque et très beau

Die Anlage ist wunderschön gelegen. Das familiengeführte Haus ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war bei 38 Grad das absolute Highlight. Man hat einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer mit Elba und nach oben auf das süße kleine Bergdorf Scarlino.

Hébergement bien situé dans un très beau cadre. Vue extérieur magnifique et piscine très agréable. Petit déjeuner plutôt cher pour les produits proposés
La propreté des lieux était moyenne et nous avons vu plusieurs rats et souris dont une qui est entrée dans notre logement. La propriétaire nous a alors répondu que c’était la nature/ la campagne. Très mauvaise réception du WIFI accessible dans les espaces communs et non dans le logement.
