宿の方々が大変丁寧で過ごしやすかった。（重い荷物を部屋に運んでいただけたり、宿舎内を詳しく案内してもらえたり）建物自体は古いのですが、部屋やトイレなどきれいにリメイクされています。朝食も純和食でおいしかった。何よりも良かったのは、バイクツーリングでの旅でしたので、宿を選ぶときの確認をしたところ、ガレージに入れさせてもらえるとのことでした。シャッターも下ろしてもらい、たいへん安心でした。大きさにもよりますが、2台は収まるように思います。旭川駅や約1キロmの歩行者専用道路へのアクセスも良く、楽しく散歩できました。また旭川へ行くときがあればお世話になりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。
古さのある老舗宿と思えば、古さもあじがあり落ち着けるので、あまり気になりません。

A traditional ryokan but well preserved. If you are looking for traditional ryokan experience, I would recommend this.
It was a comfortable space provided as one room served as living room, and one room served as bedroom.
Very friendly host who can speak good English.
The breakfast was good and delicious.
The host had even prepared a little gift as blessing, which was a very sweet and touching act.

廊下が狭く、プライバシーの確保が心配だったが、静かな環境で安心して過ごすことができました。ご主人は何かと世話を焼いてくださり頭が下がります。朝食は和食で薄味、健康的な内容でした。食後のコーヒーも入れてくださりありがとうございました。
シャワーを出発前に利用したかったのですが、７時以降ということで断念しました。６時半から利用できると便利です。
