Self check-in, comfortable bed, 10 minutes from metro, there is place to eat inside and a variety of tea

Tiziana was very good at communicating throughout our stay and we found the room and facilities met our needs
The aircon wasn't the easiest to understand and we instructions would have been helpful. The location is also quite far out of of town, although that can't be helped and the train to the centre was simple

Staff very friendly and helpful. Fast replies, no issues with language barrier if you only speak english
The room is way too hot during summer and since it´s located on the first floor, I did not feel safe to sleep with the window open. Breakfast starts at 8 am, it´s a bit too late in my opinion.
