The room very spacious and it was clean
The toiletries only soap and towel, and also the sprayer for toilet really short so it's so hard to cleaning ourself after using the toilet

I like the location of this hotel cause its in the center of the city, easy access to go everywhere and price is really not expensive.

It was a big room wirh a nice aircon. The bed was comfortable.
The staff greeting us could not speak english, ans it seemed like they didnt know how to check in people.
There were no towels.
There was no toilet paper.
The room had a lot of mosquitos.
The barhroom did not look clean.
When we tried messaging the owner on booking, they did not reply until after we had left Ratu and their reply was an autogenerated messaged it seemed…
