This is a family owned and managed hotel. They went well out of their way to make us feel most welcome and meet our needs as a cycling group. This was easily our favourite stay and the rooms and pool were wonderful.

Beautiful rooms and wonderful family hosts!

Location was beautiful and peaceful. Conveniently close to Forcalquier. Kevin and his parents very extremely nice hosts and his mother's homemade jam was spectacular with the local goat cheeses. Highly recommend for solo travellers, couples, or families. Wish i stayed another night to use the indoor pool =)

Beautiful, tranquil and welcoming

My friend and I had a wonderful welcome at this family run hotel. The rooms are all beautifully furnished, with really comfortable beds and everything you could need. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool area is well laid out. We arrived mid-afternoon on a Sunday, too late for lunch and too early for dinner, and were treated to a plate of canapes with a perfectly chilled bottle of rose by the pool. The hotel is ideally placed for exploring the area, which is beautiful. Absolutely nothing to fault.

Perfect stay very close to a histological village.

Very friendly people run the hotel. The location is in walking distance of the famous Salagon Abbaye. A wonderful bridge (early medieval) is just behind the hotel. Enough parking space. The breakfast was super with home made jam, pâté from a local butcher and local cheese- amazing! Room was comfortable and a kettle to prepare the first morning drink in the room. Did not use the pool but it was still open and heated!

the type and style of accommodation the setting next to river and bridge, and the grounds set it apart. The pool was perfect , the interior decor was very rural French - as was the breakfast

Grest hosts, great hotel, great location and well worth a return visit

The grounds were superb. we had our dog with us and it was so easy for us to take her for a quick walk whenever needed and she enjoyed a dip in the river by the Pont du Roman! Having a dog was no problem to the owners which we much appreciated. Everywhere was clean, especially around the well kept swimming pool - very welcome on a hot day. There was a lot of choice at breakfast and lovely to sit on the terrace either then or for a drink after returning from the day’s sightseeing Best of all, the owners were great. very friendly, spoke English well and kindly booked a couple of good local restaurants for us. we would definitely return as there is much more to see in the area than we managed to do in our Theo days there

Rustic charm! A very interesting property with beautiful views and extremely friendly and accommodating hosts who were also interesting and with good humour too! bed was particularly comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and the property was well located for Ardeche activities (kayaking, cycling and caving) as well as the Pont du Gard.

Exceptional

This is a family run property with lovely gardens and extremely attentive hosts. The room was huge and had everything you'd need. Very quiet. The hosts recommended an excellent restaurant and unfortunately we were only there one night, otherwise, I'm sure they would have provided us with many local suggestions. Would definitely return. A car is needed.

Un véritable havre de paix ! L’hôtel est plein de charme, avec son authenticité provençale et son cadre reposant au bord de la rivière. Les chambres sont confortables et décorées avec goût, certaines offrant une belle vue sur la nature environnante. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant et attentif, toujours disponible pour donner des conseils sur les visites et les restaurants des environs. Le petit-déjeuner est généreux, avec des produits frais et locaux, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Nous avons aussi apprécié la piscine, très agréable après une journée d’excursion. L’emplacement est idéal : proche du centre de Forcalquier, mais au calme, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de la tranquillité du lieu.

Séjour enchanteur et bucolique! Très belle découverte.

Le cadre est verdoyant et très agréable. L'accueil y est chaleureux et très attentionné. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, accompagné de produits locaux, les confitures "maison" sont excellentes! La piscine extérieure chauffée à 29 degrés était très appréciable. Très bon moment passé, je recommande.

Nous avons été accueillis avec un grande gentillesse par les propriétaires. On s’est de suite l’ambiance familiale, authentique et c’est vraiment génial. Nous avons passé une seule nuit au mas du pont roman, mais je sais que si nous devons re-passer par Mane, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Mention super pour la chambre (Olive pour nous) et pour le super petit dej, avec produit locaux, petites madeleines et confiture maison, un régal !

Accueil familial et authentique dans ce petit hôtel de charme très bien situé au cadre très agréable. Piscine délicieuse et petits déjeuners excellents et originaux, avec conftures et gâteaux faits maison! Excellent rapport qualité /prix. Je recommande et je reviendrai!

Un peu plus d'ombre sur le parking: mais il faudra attendre que les arbres poussent! L'hôtel ne proposant pas de restauration, éventuellement, la possibilité de pique-niquer dans un coin du jardin pourrait être un plus...

Très bel établissement familial et authentique ! L’accueil est chaleureux, plein de bon conseils ce qui permet de gagner du temps pour faire les spots intéressants. L’ensemble est décoré avec goût. Wat een prachtig huis met zwembad en geweldige tuin die zelfs een meer dan 1000 jaar oude Romeinse brug heeft! Supervriendelijke mensen, heerlijk ontbijt en fantastische bedden! We hebben in de mooie tuinkamer en in de Oliver kamer geslapen; allebei fantastisch!

Extrem nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Verständigung war mit den Besitzern in Französisch, Englisch und Deutsch perfekt möglich. Großzügige und sehr saubere Zimmer. Tolles Frühstück und Restauranttipps in der Umgebung.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt……

Wir waren das erste Mal in der Provence um die Lavendelblüte zu sehen und zu genießen. Das Le Mas Du Pont Roman war ein wirklicher Glücksgriff. Das Haus und die 10 Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll im Stil der Provence eingerichtet und gestaltet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr zu Hause gefühlt, auch weil wir von der Eignerfamilie und Hund Lucien so herzlich empfangen und jeden Tag unseres Aufenthaltes sehr zugewandt betreut wurden. Es ist alles sehr angenehm entspannend und das Hotel hat viele langjährige Stammgäste die sich im Laufe der Jahre mit den Eignern angefreundet haben. Auch wir haben uns mit freundschaftlichen Gefühlen verabschiedet und uns gegenseitig ein baldiges Wiedersehen versprochen. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Ce fut un merveilleux séjour.
