We had a wonderful stay! The location is quiet and convenient, with breathtaking views. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and very kind, which made us feel at home. The apartment was clean, well-equipped with all the necessary kitchenware, and there was always hot water available. Everything was comfortable and pleasant – highly recommended!

Relaxing stay with a wonderful host and lovely terrace

The property is in a quiet and peaceful location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the spacious terrace — a great spot to unwind. Free parking was convenient, and the host was exceptionally kind and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The apartment offers very good quality for the price paid, making it excellent value. It’s also a plus that payment wasn’t limited to cash only, which made the process much easier.

There were some minor cleanliness issues, including ants in the living room and a sewer smell in the bathroom, along with some bugs. We informed the host who tried his best to help us. Being under the roof, the apartment can get quite warm. While there is air conditioning in the living room, the bedroom doesn’t have one, which might be uncomfortable for some during very hot days. Also, note that the second bed is a sofa bed in the living room.

A pleasant stay away from the crowds

Quiet location with convenient parking and with a lovely view of the sea. There are a couple of nice restaurants not too far and a petrol station that makes good coffee a few hundred meters away.

Could be a great property with some attention to detail. Small things like having dishwashing detergent available and a kettle would make it more comfortable. Outside was a great terrace but with no sun bed not very useful. Be aware that to the two beaches nearby is a lot of steps so for older persons it might be a struggle.

The beach is about 600m away, and about 100m of descent from apartement. However, the beach is really AMAZING with clean and warm water, and is definitely worth the hike 😊

It said it has 2 bedrooms. That’s not true! It has one bedroom, and the other beds are in the hall. There’s no privacy for the “2nd bedroom”. Plus you can easily access the other apartment through a sliding door. So the people who were staying in the other apartment next door didn’t know that. We found that out by accident. The host didn’t know english and was disrespectful. We booked for 4 people. 2 of our friends arrived a day later and the host tried to make us pay more. Plus we asked for an invoice twice and we didn’t receive it.

1 and 2 rooms are downstairs from which you can't see the sea. One terrace on two rooms. If the others are on the terrace, the blinds must be closed in the room. The beach walking along a rocky trail for 20 minutes.

Its location is fantastic. The apartment has breathtaking views from Budva’s Bay. It also has a nice and big garden shared with the rest of the apartments, with a medium size pool. The staff is very kind and helpful.

It’s too small for 3 people if you’re staying there for a few days with no room to keep the luggage (we left it on the floor). It’s a studio with the bed next to the cooker and the sink attached to the cooker as well. The toilet has no window and it is pretty smelly despite the extractor fan. When you rent it you don’t know which of the appartments you’ll be given.

Nice view

They have very beautiful pictures on the site but the accommodation is actually very small and basic. It is far to expensive for what you get. The walk to the beach is uncomfortable, and a hell of a climb backwards upon the hill in the burning heat. The beds are terrible. In the morning and night you will hear the other gasts on the floor. It woke me up. At the arrival we got the wrong room and after unpacking everything we had to pack everything again while the hostess was watching us. She not even offered us a drink for the inconvenient situation they caused.

Незабываемый вид с балкона, отличное соотношение цена/качество!

Данные апартаменты мы снимали не для пляжного отдыха, поэтому мы максимально довольны! Апартаменты оснащены довольно большой кухней, выходящей на балкон с потрясающим видом на Будванскую Ривьеру. На кухне есть все необходимое: плита с духовкой, холодильник и вся необходимая посуда. Хозяева очень гостеприимные и отзывчивые, сразу при заезде пригласили нас на кофе, чтобы познакомится. Имеется частная парковка, сад. Спуск к пляжу довольно крутой, но если очень хочется купаться, то в 10 минутах езды находятся пляжи Петроваца и Лучица, с парковками и всей пляжной инфраструктурой. Апартаменты удобно расположены с точки зрения дорог, если хочется прокатиться на лодке по Скадарскому озеру, добраться до Подгорицы или подняться в горы!

El anfitrión nos recomendó una playa que se llegaba caminando que era soñada . Luego de las 18 las sillas son gratis en la playa de ahí vale la pena ir a ver el atardecer . Logement avec vue exceptionnelle ! Joli balcon, coin cuisine bien équipé. Lit confortable avec vue sur mer ! Foncez, c'est une valeur sûre et le propriétaire est très accueillant et très gentil. Bon emplacement. On est resté 4 nuits et on a visité Budva, Petrovac, Ulcinj et le lac. Petite plage à 15mn à pied avec bar resto, idéal pour le 1er soir.

Un drap housse sur le lit serait plus approprié. Petit détail qui fait que j'ai mis 9. Le logement est vraiment top !

Nosim samo najlepše uspomene sa ovog punovanja, zahvaljujući preljubaznim, gospotprimljivim domaćinima koji su učinili da se osećam kao kod kuće. Mesto je savršeno za odmor i duše i tela. Pogled sa terase je neprocenljiv. Mesto je mirno je, tiho, ušuškano i sigurno. Obližnja plaža je bez gužve, i tu se možete odmoriti u miru, a voda je prečista. Jedva čekam da se vratim u ovaj mali raj! Sve preporuke za putovanje.

Appartement calme au soleil couchant

Superbe vue sur la mer et l'apéritif au coucher de soleil. Bon emplacement pour visiter la région. Petite crique de rochers à 10 mn à pied. Place de parking gratuite devant la résidence. Appartement très calme. Équipement : un vrai four Bonne literie.

Poêle défectueuse. Quelques détails : ajouter du produit à vaisselle. Il n'y a qu'un seul sac poubelle et qu'un seul torchon. Peut être doubler.
