Struttura essenziale molto economica ma pulita. Bagno esterno condiviso, dotazione accessori buona. No colazione, ammesso che esistesse: io sono andato via alle 4:30 del mattino. Cordiale il gestore. Posizione a S. Maria di Catanzaro, più o meno a metà strada tra Catanzaro e Catanzaro lido, ove io ero diretto, che dista intorno ai 6-7km
Per il prezzo che ho pagato non ho particolari lamentele. Di certo però non è un posto di lusso o in una posizione notevole.
