Pegasos Deluxe Beach Hotel

We stayed at the hotel as a family of two parents and two children, ages 10 and 13, and honestly, we expected less - but from the moment we arrived, we were very positively surprised. Everything started with the reception: the welcome, the attitude, and the service were excellent. But the real highlight of this hotel is the staff. The team was amazing in every part of the hotel - from the reception desk to the pool bar, the dining areas, and every service point. Everyone was kind, helpful, patient, and always with a good attitude. They truly deserve a big compliment. The hotel itself feels renovated, modern, clean, and very inviting. Everything was well maintained and pleasant. The food was excellent, both in the main dining room and outside - the pizza, gyros, crepes, and snacks were all very good and made the all-inclusive experience even better. The bartenders at the pool bar were absolutely great. They were friendly, professional, and made very good drinks. They definitely upgraded our vacation. The kids also enjoyed the wide variety of free drinks, and as parents, it was great not having to worry about anything. The pools are big, very clean, and there are plenty of sunbeds both inside and around the pool area. The atmosphere was great during the day and also in the evening. Overall, this is a perfect place for a family vacation. You really do not have to leave the hotel at all if you do not want to. Everything you need is there. The only thing we were not happy with was the shower in the room. There was no proper shower cabin, so every time we showered, the whole bathroom and toilet area got wet. Also, the ventilation did not work, so unless we left the door open, there was no real airflow in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Spacious room, good facilities, great pools and beach access. The food selection was also wonderful with plenty of variety.

The AC in the parents room was a bit weak

How clean and friendly everybody was

I love all the areas are renovated, super comfy sunbeds next to the pools. Food was delicious, especially pastries and cakes - extreme well made, we gain some weight only because of these delicious deserts 😁 Nice choice of cocktails in all inclusive list, better quality than we expected, like Aperol or Pina Colada. Room was well maintained , we were on 6th floor and panorama was amazing 🤩 receptionists are super friendly, and barmens, there was also one guy in a costume who was everywhere from early morning to late evening supporting all staff when they had a queue. Well done everyone ❣️

Because it was just a beginning of the season we had only evening entertainments , no daily animation (
