Great location, near train station and city centre. Easy to arrive. The a staff is very gentle and provide as with many information, about places to visit. Animal friendly, clean rooms and car park. We recommend it 👍

I’ll start with the beginning. At the gate was a sign wrote in Romanian language “for accommodation call the number “, which people who don’t know the language will don’t understand. As well if you don’t have battery on your phone or your mobile is not working or connected at the network you cannot reach the reception for checking. In the room we find mess from previous customer and spiders. A table with one mug and tie glasses which supposedly fit tow guests. Under table was a kettle but no sign of coffee or tea. At the bathroom just one toilet roll, no bath maths, the towels was very old and expired, having a strange smell. The shower cabin didn’t work properly and was old too. In the bathroom we find bugs. The hallway was dirty. The bedding was cheap and didn’t match. Just two pillows without cushions or extra pillows. The quilt was missing too, having on top of the sheet a cheap blanket. Last night was a party who last until 03:00 AM local time, cannot rest properly.
