Our stay was truly perfect.
From the moment we arrived, Beach and his wife made us feel completely at home. Stepping into their house felt like traveling back to the 70s! in the most beautiful, stylish way, full of character and charm.
The home is impeccably maintained and set in an unbeatable location in Camps Bay, with breathtaking views. Waking up there was simply magical. Breakfast was also a highlight, always fresh and thoughtfully prepared.
Unfortunately, my wife fell ill during the last two days, but Beach looked after her with such warmth and care that we will never forget it!
We are truly grateful and would love to return very soon :)

A stunning, unique property with bags of character and the most AMAZING view of Camps Bay and the sea. The suite was stylish and comfortable and it felt like a home from home with the benefits of a boutique hotel. The owners , David and Jenny , were so welcoming and personable. We only stayed 1 night before going on a 3 day safari and they so kindly looked after our cases for us while we were away , even though we weren’t returning to stay with them after our trip.
We tried to change our hotel but sadly Boutique 10 was fully booked . And I can see why ! I cannot recommend highly enough.
There was nothing I didn’t like .

Property was tired and limited breakfast not equitable to the price.
Beach is a truly genuine person who was kind when I was under the weather.
The cupboards were not the quality I would expect at the price, the shower tray did not drain and bath jacuzzi had not been cleaned and pumped black mould into the water.
