Absolutely superb - we will be back!

A fabulous house, full of colour and character in a great location with superb views. Beach, Jennifer and the Team were wonderful and so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble! The breakfasts were memorable.

Jen & Beach are great hosts, very friendly and always there to help. The view is fantastic and the room was really nice and full of character. Easy access to all of what Camps Bay has to offer. Thank you all very much for looking after us so well.

Ok but not for the price.

Property was tired and limited breakfast not equitable to the price. Beach is a truly genuine person who was kind when I was under the weather.

The cupboards were not the quality I would expect at the price, the shower tray did not drain and bath jacuzzi had not been cleaned and pumped black mould into the water.

Wonderful stay

The property was absolutely beautiful- super comfortable and spacious. The owners were really kind and helpful with recommendations for local things to do. The view from the pool deck was the best we had seen and the sunsets were spectacular! Overall we loved our stay there and would highly recommend for a few days in camps bay.

Nothing! Around 20mins walk to the beach so can only walk during the day would need to uber at night which is really easy and cheap!

Amazing!!

Beach, his wife Jennifer, and all the staff were amazing during our honeymoon stay. They made us feel incredibly at home and Beach makes the best breakfasts! The location is perfect to get around the city while also being perfectly located in Camps Bay. We will 100% go back there when we are next in Cape Town.

Perfect in every way-a memory to cherish!

Everything! Idyllic location with stunning views over Camps Bay-peaceful and the beach in only a 15 minute walk downhill & the V&A waterfront 10 minutes by car. In any case Ubers are cheap & plentiful. The breakfast was exceptional as was the room with the most comfortable bed. Beach & Jennifer gave us just the right tips on restaurants & things to do. I wish we had more time to relax there & enjoy the surroundings.

Exceptional Stay at Boutique 10 Hotel – A True Camps Bay Gem

We had an unforgettable experience at Boutique 10, hosted by the wonderful Jennifer and Beach. This exceptionally well-kept boutique hotel perfectly captures the spirit of the 70s, with stylish design and fascinating memorabilia adorning the walls. The terrace offers what must be the best sunset view in all of Camps Bay – a truly breathtaking spot to unwind. The rooms exceeded our expectations, looking even better in person than in the photos. They were spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. Mornings here were a highlight, with generous, freshly made breakfasts served on the terrace, accompanied by warm conversations with our hosts. We left with lifelong memories and can’t wait to return to this special place. Highly recommended!

the boutique@10 in Camps Bay it is a great location with a beautiful bay view and lovely hosts.

Breakfast was every day freshly prepared by the hosts and their staff. Everything was made fresh and they have a vast selection of fruits and delicious cheese. The breakfast is so rich you would not have to go to lunch. The room (beach suite) was big and had its own private access directly to the car park. It had a kitchenette with a Nespresso Machine and a fridge. The hosts added some drinks for free and even changed a white to a red wine according to my liking. The house and the room is beautifully decorated with great furniture, all carefully selected. The hosts have many connections and can give tips for your sightseeing or restaurants.

A slice of heaven!

Boutique@10 feels like a home away from home but in the most gorgeous setting. We loved everything about our stay here. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like family by Jen and Beach. The house is stunning and the perfect location to watch sunrise to sun set. The spacious pool and balcony areas mean you can relax in the sun. The breakfast is outstanding and an experience not to be missed. The location is perfect and safe to walk to Camps Bay as well as only a short drive to Cape Town, Lions Head and Table Mountain. We will be back for sure!

The best experience I could have had in Cape Town

The house is beautiful and extremely comfortable, besides being located in one of the best spots in Camps Bay, overlooking the ocean. Breakfast was delicious and our room extremely clean and cozy. In the end though, what really made our stay AMAZING, was the way we were treated by Beach and Jenny. They are the sweetest couple you could have hosting you, being both extremely polite, fun and treating us like members of their family. Saying goodbye after spending one week with them was hard and I do hope to go back to their place next time I’m in Cape Town.

Perfect stay for a couple

We stayed with Beach and Jennifer for our last 2 nights in South Africa. Their lovely boutique guest house was just perfect. The room was a great size and very comfortable. There was everything you could want. Beach was there to offer suggestions of where to go and help to book places. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The perfect place to stay in Camps Bay!

we absolutely loved our stay here! The hosts Beach and Jen were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Dinner reservations were made at recommended restaurants which did not disappoint. The breakfasts were amazing with so much choice from fresh fruit to fabulous freshly made omelettes. The views from the terrace were incredible especially at sunset. we stayed in the Beach room which was clean and spacious with a super comfy extra large bed.

There was nothing not to like about this property apart from having to leave!

We had an amazing stay with Jennifer and Beach at Boutique@10. The place is absolutely amazing with large and clean rooms and an amazing view over Camps Bay (especially for sunset). Jennifer and Beach are the most welcoming hosts and probably some of the nicest people we have ever met: Greeting us every morning, never short with smiles or suggestions for what to do during the day (from best and non-crowded ways up to table mountain to making dinner reservations in their favorite places). Not to forget: breakfast was amazing (try pancakes or omelette) and we never left hungry.
