Very clean quite spacious, good for long or short stays. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Wonderful host who lives on premises. Quick access to Kitzbuhl ski lifts. Nice 5 minute walk to town for restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

located in a quiet town. we receive a warm welcome and a bottle of water. have rich choices breakfast. we enjoy our own dinner at breakfast room. there is a water cooker at breakfast room too.

we have to be extra careful to avoid our head to hit the roof. suggest to build a window that projects vertically from a sloping roof so guests can enjoy to stay in the room.

There is a lovely couple that runs this hotel that try to make your stay as smooth and nice as possible. Even though they don’t speak English, they do their best to communicate with you and give you recommendations with google translate ;-) The place is very clean and neat, breakfast is good and price is decent. Will totally recommend this hotel
