This is an excellent hotel in the ideal location for us. Lovely staff, great good and top-notch facilities. Highly recommended.

Very clean with modern decor. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. The staff were all lovely and friendly
The outside of the building didn't look great so we were pleasantly surprised when we went in. The accessible room was clean and comfortable but the space between the bed and bathroom was a bit tight for the wheelchair. There were grab rails in the bathroom but no shower seat It was slightly overpriced

Always very friendly staff at Craignelder, very comfortable and excellent food. The situation of the hotel is excellent both for access and the outlook over Lochryan.
A bit restricted in parking for resident guests at the hotel especially when there are events otherwise I can't complain.
