Good location, nice pool, no crowded, decent breakfast, big rooms, new air conditioning. We were next to restaurants, one of the beaches was close. Payed parking just in front on the street. They clean the room everyday.
Our rooms were in the older building. The stairs and hallways were very slippery and we were at the 4th floor. in one of the rooms the shower was directly on the bathroom floor and the closet had no doors. On the balcony there were no chairs or a place to dry the towels

the staff was friendly. the location is great near the sea and the botanical garden.
the bathroom could use some improvements. there was mold. the toilet wasn t working properly. the clening in the bathroom was questionable

The personnel was so kind that in the day that we missed the breakfast, they still offered it to us and brought us upon request. Also they didn't have a hairdryer in the room and offered me one at reception.
The smell & cleaning. Old restaurant, soggy chairs & armchairs, spiderwebs, mold in the bathroom, pluming problems. The bathroom was too small and had an improvised shower. The chair from balcony - old chipped plastic. They really need to do a deep cleaning & get rid of all old or deteriorate/broken items.
