I liked the location and the overall design of the room. The breakfast was also good.

In the middle of the night, I woke up due to a horrible odor coming from the bathroom. Also, we didn't have any wifi service in the hotel.

checkin took me 40 minutes as there were not rooms available at 7pm

the location was convenient

I arrived to the hotel at 7pm and there were not rooms available at that time!!! I waited for 30 minutes and they send me to the hotel City Suites next to it, which was not bad but I wasted a lot of time.

Smells bad. You can only go to the floor where your room is. We had 3 rooms all in diferent floors. The Internet didn't work and I've been asking for factura and haven't send it.

the wifi sucks the breakfast is more a less the maids service is good the tv service sucks the hot water works like crazy in the shower

the reception staff is really good their room service is really good

wifi connection is really bad. the breakfast wasnt that good as before. the hot water in the shower was crazy hot-cold-hot-cold within a minute. the cable tv service was disaster. terrible connection

Que al llegar no me respetaban el precio de reserva con booking, el precio contratado fue $1300, al llegar tuve que pagar $2100, es de aclarar que a la media hr acudieroeron a mi habitación y me reembolsaron. Todo bien

Cumplió con todo lo que buscábamos encontrar en el Hotel

La ubicación. Salir del hotel y llegar al centro, a los comercios... en coche, fue muy sencillo. Todo lo teníamos a menos de 20 min.

Había mucha gente a la hora del desayuno al mismo tiempo y la persona encargada estaba sobrepasado. Se acababan los contenidos de las charolas, y por ejemplo, mientras preparaban el huevo, la cafetera se había vaciado, los platos se habían terminado. Todo al mismo tiempo.

Cumplió con el minimo necesario pero no vale el precio

La ubicación y que el personal de recepción es amable.

Que el check in es demasiado tarde y el baño era muy poco practico, se metieron a hacer limpieza a la habitación como a las 10 de la mañana (cuando el check out era a la 1) y dejaron a medias, solo salimos a desayunar y cuando regresamos la cama ya no tenia sabanas y las almohadas estaban en el piso.

Es un hotel que es cómodo para una noche y seguir viaje, claramente es la versión bajo costo de marriot.

Instalaciones en general bien mantenidas

La ducha no tenia buena presión y alternaba entre agua hirviendo y fría. El grifo del lavabo mojaba mas afuera que dentro. Al desayuno le falta opción de café con leche, todo descartable, y a las 8 de la mañana el lugar es tan pequeño que no había lugar donde sentarse.

Que no me hospede por que me dijeron que mi reserva se canceló por qué no la pagué que solo se reservó tarjeta de crédito pero no se cobró y nadie me avisó cuando llegó pues sólo eso me dijeron y a esa hora conseguí otro hotel para solucionar

El desayuno es algo escaso , no hay varirdad, no hay cafetera en la habitación como en otros hoteles y el baño un poco oxidados los accesorios . Llame a servicio a cuarto y recepción y no contestaron
