L'hotel est lmaghnifique et très calme. La literie était top ! Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hotel.
Le service de restauration était un peu long, beaucoup de choses manquaient à la carte pour déjeuner.

Alojamiento con encanto, habitaciones muy cuidadas y detalles del hotel. Sitio muy tranquilo, camas muy cómodas. Desayuno muy bueno.

The place itself is beautiful, like a farm with nature all around. The location is also good because it is far away from the main centers, but still easy to access everything (if you have a car).
The customer service is disappointing. There is no full-time receptionist and they don't make much effort to be pleasant. Also, we had very high expectations for the restaurant and in the end, the day we were there, 3 or 4 dishes from the menu were not available. The shower is also a big minus, there is not enough water pressure, so it comes out in drops. I'm not super picky about these little things, but after being in a cheaper hotel in Ciutadella and receiving great service (personalized service, umbrella, towels, water, fruit), I had higher expectations about Sant Patrici that were definitely not met. I would not go back!
