Amazing pool , big clean room, greatly located

Very warm in the room so that in april i has to usw air conditioning even if outside was 8*C. My coffee and water was not refilled during the day but I got extra coffee from tne reception

I liked the location, the space and the pleasant service at the reception.

I didn't like a lot of things. First of all, it says that you can use the pool, but neither the jacuzzi nor other tracks for children work in it, so you need caps for the pool, which were impossible to buy in the pool area at the vending machine, the question arises, where can we get caps if they are not available in the hotel or in the pool. Without caps, our family and friends' families were not allowed into the pool, which meant that we paid for services that we did not receive. Because neither in the hotel rooms are there caps, nor in the pool area could we buy them. The staff in the pool area was very aggressive and unpleasant. I will never return to this hotel.
