The food was superb and the setting idyllic. The hotel was ideally placed for getting into Bilbao for our sailing the next day. The service was very good and the staff very welcoming.
The shower head bracket was not properly functional in the shower. The TV channels did not include any English language options. There were no coffee/tea making facilities.

Beautifully restored ancient building, large comfortable rooms, stunning views. The restaurant food is excellent and the staff are fabulous- incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The property had loads of character and was very clean. It was in a very quiet location. The staff were very helpful. There is a large restaurant with plenty of choice, however, be prepared to sample some local dishes cooked traditionally.
For travelers on 2 motorcycles we would have preferred more secure parking options as, although the property car park is gated, the gates were not closed overnight.

We dined there in the restaurant on the night we arrived.
The food was very good and the service were friendly and good.
Breakfast..... we had booked breakfast but when we came down to the breakfast room, there was no breakfast available.
They (the hotel) had run out of food. There was nothing to eat.!!!
The staff suggested we go to a nearby village and we might get something to eat there.!!!!
