About this house rental
Ideally located across the road from the tranquil front beach, is this modern fully furnished apartment. Park your car in the undercover car space and walk to the shops, supermarket and cafes. From your balcony you can watch the ships sail by and the sun set while cooking dinner on the barbeque. (Master bedroom has a Queensize bed and the second bedroom has 2 x Single beds)

The best location ever just opposite the beach (and a kids playground) and behind shops and cafes, we didn't have to use the car the whole week! The house itself is so well maintained and obviously loved by the owners, it was a very comfortable stay. We especially appreciated how the kitchen had everything you need to cook well and generous supplies of dishwashing liquid etc on hand.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped for our week's stay. The bed, downstairs, was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Upstairs is open plan and full of light. The furniture is very good quality. The smart tv with really good WIFI reception was a bonus.Communication from Brendan was first class and we were offered early check in and late check out without requesting.Possibly the best holiday apartment we've stayed and hope to return again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation at 5 Simpson St was excellent. It was close to all amenities and Point Lonsdale is a perfect place for a short holiday.
