It was a lovely stay with beautiful views, great breakfast and great affection displayed by Buster, the resident doggo. We really appreciated that the heating was turned on in our room.

Our hosts were very hospitable and friendly and we felt very comfortable and welcome during our visit. The breakfast is excellent. The location is lovely and also benefits from a very good local pub.

The lady we met at reception was lovely,very friendly, beautiful garden.
Everything was perfect about this place until we had breakfast and received the bill,we were charged £5.99 for 2 cups of tea on top of our breakfast meal,which is something in over 40 years of visiting hotels has never happened to us before, this is not a corner cafe in town,and then to try and charge us £3.50 for 1 extra peice of toast,we'll let's just say we certainly didn't pay for that.This was so disappointing because maybe if we were told up front they were going to charge for a cup of tea and 1 peice of toast we would have refused. Find it very odd that no our reviews mention this,because this will definitely stop us visiting again.
