The hotel is in an excellent location in central Pattaya, the room was a good size and a comfy bed. Excellent shower, air con & good WiFi throughout the hotel. The breakfast was good with a wide selection of different dishes. Three swimming pools to choose from.
I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Location, location, pool not big but good size & depth, staff as previous stay excellent, friendly & helpful.
Lift is slow and need’s upgrade as looking very worn. Some parts of room looking worn as well. Like last room my partner notice panel from headboard loose & coming away. Room amenities need to be constant as we charge rooms for different bookings - some had shower soap & shampoo while other room had neither. Pillows = we had 2 large & 2 mini pillows in one room. In other 2 pillows & 2 cushions -!? Plus we had to swap-out room the kettle as ours did not work properly or safely. Just a lack of consistency in rooms is annoying!
