The hotel was in a great location to explore the romantic town of Karlshamn.
The reception staff was very friendly and also helpful.
Hotel, in most simple terms, is outdated.
Considering that the hotel has pretty high prices in comparison, that it presents itself as a flagship town hotel is a little bit disappointing.
However, understanding that there are limited options for a stay in Karlshamn, this hotel sticks to what works, what works.
I'd say a little bit of a refresh would be nice, considering the price of the stay.

No coffee available except breakfast.
Cleaning service forgot to replace glass in bathroom
Twin bed instead if queen
